Critical Path Support (CPS) is a highly experienced Project Scheduling Team of professionals with 70 combined years of experience and a proven track record of successfully managing engineering and construction schedules for the US Government and Fortune 500 companies on vertical and horizontal construction projects. We work as Project Schedulers and Planners for Developers, Contractors and A&E companies developing and managing their projects schedules from financial approval through design, construction, commissioning, and startup. We have years of experience in construction and implementation in areas such as: Airport, Aerospace, Semiconductor, Oil, LNG, Natural Gas, DOE, DOD, Multifamily, and Commercial projects.

Critical Path Support is dedicated to being part of our client's team, we work within the
boundaries of our client and their contracts to:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
- Finalize Baseline Schedule for submittal to the Client and stakeholders for approval.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to gather and validate schedule-related inputs.
- Ensure compliance with scheduling standards, client specifications and best practices.
- Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks and mitigation strategies.
- Continuously monitor critical path activities, project variances, and status updates against baseline schedules.
- Integrate vendor and subcontractor schedules into the master project schedule.
- Work with the onsite Project Team to progress activities and re-sequence as needed.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly schedule reports for the Project Team, client and stakeholders; including complete schedules, look-ahead schedules, variance reports, S-Curves, Man-Power Reports and Earned Value Metrics.
- Support our Client’s project controls team by aligning schedule data with cost and resource plans.
- Participate in Client schedule review meetings and document agreed outcomes, ensuring alignment across the Project Team.
- Assist in integrating scheduling data into broader project control and performance reports.
