Our Expertise
We are a highly experienced Project Management, Scheduling, and Project Financial Planning team. We work as a Project Managers, Schedulers, and Project Financial Planners for General Contractors, Project Developers, and A&E companies developing and managing their projects from financial approval, from design through construction, commissioning and startup. We have years of experience in construction and financial implementation in areas such as: Airport, Aerospace, Semiconductor, Oil, LNG, Natural Gas, DOE, DOD, Multi-family, and Private Commercial projects.
Our Process
Critical Path Support is dedicated to being part of our client's team, we work within the boundaries of our client and their contracts to:
- Facilitate communication and coordination among the Parties involved in delivering funding and an Implementation Plan.
- Facilitate processes and communications which will enable the experts to deliver funding to each Project at the proper time frame and in the proper amount.
- Assist in integrating critical path issues related to funding and schedule into the overall Project timelines, monitor the progress points, anticipate problems and assist in resolving funding and scheduling issues as they arise.
- Advise on all aspects of the Plan of Finance, including funding options, timing, structure, and terms.
- Participate in the preparation of financial models for each Project to deliver cash flow forecast, scenario analysis, risk assessment and return analysis.
- Work closely with the project team to identify, analyze and execute the most optimum financing solution for each Project (including debt, equity, bonds and tax credits).
- Support the Stakeholders in reviewing proposals from potential lenders and investors, including commercial banks, commercial financing companies, private capital investment funds, industry participants and other institutional investors.
- Work with Project Team realign Schedule to meet the Completion Dates.
- Finalize Baseline for submittal to the stakeholders and track progress on a weekly basis.
